WARNING !!!This place is a Fraud!! Don't go to this shop! They will take your Money and lie about what is wrong and not do any repairsI personally work on my cars most of the time but decided to take it in to this shop for a transmission fluid change 2x drain and fill and fix a battery terminal. Easy stuff to do I just didn't have a spot to drain the transaction fluid and they're walking distance from where I live. Dropped my car off told them exactly what needed to be done and nothing more or nothing less. About 30mins after I dropped my car off, they called me and said the electrical wiring was messed up and that he needed to go through and fix the wiring. $450 for the drain and fill 2x (I provided the transmission fluid) and the wiring. I had a feeling he was lying actually I was positive and knew he was a liar. 5 hours go by, they give me a call and tell me it's ready. When I got there, I immediately told them to show me what they did. Omg the look on his face was priceless. As he stuttered he popped my hood and proceeded to point at the headlights and said the light was hanging out and he replaced the battery terminal. I asked if there was anything else he did, he said oh and this wire here was touching this wire. I looked at him and I said "that's $450??" I told him I was not giving him that money! There's no way in hell I'm paying that much because I knew he was lying. I handed him $300 after I told him I wasn't going to pay $450 for them to change my transmission fluid and battery terminal no way! After I handed him the cash something told me to check to see if they even changed my fluid. I parked my trunk and every single bottle was still in the box! They didn't even change my fluid!! I then opened that door and told him to give me my money back that he didn't change my fluid. Told him he is lying and that they didn't do shit! He started to stutter well he awkwardly grinned knowing his ass got caught. I told him I worked on cars and that he better give me my money back! He proceeded to argue that he did do the transmission fluid even though all my fluid was still there. I told him to show me but he had no proof because he didn't do the work. He had no choice but to give me my money back and then he apologized.Absolutely not okay!! I know they do this all the time and everybody needs to watch out and not go to this place of business they are crooks thieves and liars! Whatever you do do not go here!
