Had my bike built here and the guy switched out parts of my drive train. 6 months later its gutted and now buying new parts. This guy is cheap for a reason. He will take advantage of you given the chance.

Overall very dissatisfied with the entire experience here. When I dropped off my bike on Friday afternoon, I was told that it was going to be a 2 day turn around for a tune up. When I called on Sunday, they told me that it wasn't ready yet and that it'll be ready on Tuesday--that's 4 days after I dropped it off! I bike to work, so missing my bike for 4 days is a big deal. When I tried to get answers on the phone, they seemed very annoyed that I even called. They also replaced my brakes without asking. They said that it was in some sort of consent that I signed for, but I didn't sign anything nor did they mention it. They did tune my bike up, but it is definitely not worth the hassle.

Great place. Excellent service. Fast and very very affordable. It costs what it’s gonna cost. Not cash only boss, but superb workmanship and helpful, caring staff.

I got the part I needed from Mike and he helped install it, he was friendly, fast and very helpful. I'll definitely be back.
