Coaching in the Moment was easily one of the best professional development courses I have ever taken. I would encourage anyone that interacts with others to take the course. The coaching skills I have learned have paid dividends for me both at work and at home.

I was getting judgmental and being very black and white in regards to my coaching style and leading my team. Something needed to change. I was lucky enough find cylient by accident and experience the entire coaching process over a four-week process. To be part of a group of managers that journeyed together to experience share, be peers giving ideas and learning new tools was awesome. The interactive videos, the weekly check ins and the online forum chats provided me with great insights and new ways to coach people. These tools are now used every day at the office, coaching on the lacrosse field and with my friends and family. It has taught me so much, thank you Cylient! Cylient's Coaching In The Moment is great content, well-developed, and easily accessible for any leader, manager or coach. These are universally applicable and relevant tools and skills to onboard. The e-learning delivery is easy to use and makes great use of very realistic scenarios and videos and multi-modality learning. I liked the go at one's own pace design and the opportunity to asynchronously interact with other cohort members. The production quality is superb! Great value and timely and timeless content.
