Been two months been waiting for my pay check, everytime I call they keep on saying waiting a call back from corporate. Doesn't mean we don't work for y'all anymore y'all keep on delaying of sending my last paycheck. It's February 2020 but I still haven't got my July 2019 check

Jerry Nigiri was complicent in stealing $11-30k from me on a project. i built this parkinglot for sky chefs and the contractor who continues to work for jerry screwed me over for material. i presented evidence and even a phone recording of them lying , sent it all to Jerry and he couldnt care less. this is their director of facilities for all western america. if their top people are dishonest and incapable of making things right, just imagine their management culture. At the location i was at no one spoke english, everyone looked scared and it seemed a great candidate for an ICE raid.
