        Writing the review I wish someone wrote for me THIS IS NOT AN EASY CAFE TO STOP BY. if you made an order or know these people then sure but this is in a very old very sketchy winding apartment building it was so uncomfortable and old and weird I left without ever finding the actual space for this company. Maybe their food is amazing but please realize its a very sketch location and hard to find.         Amazing! Probably some of my favorite desserts I've ever had. Not only was the food awesome but the service was as well. I can't understate how great my experience was with Alaska Silk Pie Co. Definitely recommend!!

      Alaska Silk is a Dedicated Gluten Free Specialty Dessert company that sells retail, wholesale, and mail order from their gluten free facility in Seattle's SODO district. We are located on the 2nd floor of the building. Follow the pink floor to the pink door. Once you have found us your a true "Silky". There are no signs out front. We are in the same building as SODO Pizza.
