Despite the previous bad reviews of this company, I would like to say how GREAT the service and experiences with them have been. For a major company providing services that not many others can, and that CONSISTANTLY goes out of their way to help my drivers when stranded on the side of busy highways in a professional and expedited manner, its nothing short of a pleasure to do business with them. In the last month I have had at least 3-4 trucks either into their facility for breakdown diagnosis and repair, or sent them out on the side of the road to deal with it. Every time they have successfully gotten my drivers back on the road and going. It has been a great service and even though not cheap, well worth it. They have my business for the greater Seattle area, and its appreciated. THANK YOU FLEETMASTERS!!!!!!!

this place is very bad. we have taken 3 railroad equipment nothing but lies and scam. really bad customer service. NO PROFESSIONALISM. atleast for us, we will not be taking any equipment at this place

FleetMasters is the premier independent OTR truck service company in the Seattle Industrial Basin, but we are NOT cheap. We cater to FLEET MANAGERS who need their equipment running NOW. We use only certified top diesel mechanics for ERS calls - we get the job done fast, and we do it right. There appear to be a few complaints here, primarily based on the individuals misunderstanding our prices ... so here they are: Standard Shop Rate: $99/hr, (Over Counter Rate) port-to-port (from the time you call to the time the truck (OCR) gets back to our shop) Daytime Callout: $50 for West King Co (I-5 corridor), $75 for West Snohomish or Pierce Cos (with no mileage charges) All After Hours (AH) Callouts & Emergency Road Services (ERS): AH Hourly Rate: $148/hr, port-to-port, 2-hour minimum ($296) (that's our standard OCR of $99/hr @ time & a half) AH Callout fee: $75 for West King Co (I-5 corridor), $100 for West Snohomish or Pierce Cos (with no mileage charges) If on the side of the Freeway, in a traffic lane, or during slippery weather conditions, we add for Hazardous Duty (HD) 1.25% during the day, and doubletime for after-hours HDAH). HDAH Rate: $198/hr, 2-hr min (doubletime) Holidays: Doubletime, 2-hr min. So there you go, we're not cheap ... but we don't need to be.
