Am here at WAMU theater now and was treated RUDELY by StaffPro employee who literally yelled at me as I was trying to locate my daughter’s pack. As a parent and customer paying good money for tickets and parking, I am NOT happy with being treated so poorly. This reflects on the venue as well. My money and business will not return - thanks to that StaffPro person (48) who essentially ruined the experience for my family. Not coming back any time soon WAMU!

I go to many live music events at Wamu and TDome. Very rude staff. Very unorganized. None of their staff seem to be well informed about venue rules and policies. They confiscate personal items unwarranted and without discretion and they treat you like herding cattle.

Small bag dude declined a small bag and brought in people with bigger bags to the front of the line for the summer camp screening. It took two hours to get the whole line through.

The worst, most rude, insensitive and abusive staff ever. You can tell by the other reviews just how unprofessional they are not only to customers but those who work there. Clearly a toxic workplace that spills over to customers. No wonder their employees are bottom of the barrel. The staff there upset me so greatly that my husband and I completely missed our event. As a senior citizen and disabled person I was appalled that they denied me use of a phone to contact my husband who was trying to figure out how to download our tickets and had taken my phone and was lost. Really, WHO DOES THAT? I needed to stay where he left me but rather than assess the situation, I was berated, talked down to and lied to. They used tactics I imagine are taught by the company. I can't imagine how these employees can sell out personal common decency for minimum wage jobs. And how a company trains and defends behavior like this! It is Shameful and Disgraceful. If this is how society treats people who are less integrated by age or ability, it's a sad reflection on what this country has become.
