Robbins & Co Foundation Systems

Had a appointment set up for them to fill a void in a flat slab, was told to expect confirmation email in the following days, no confirmation came, called them several days later and was told they decided they did not want to do the work we had discussed and never communicated the change to us in any way. Now our remodel is delayed because they changed their mind and never told us. Don’t waste your time with this company, they have no respect for the customer.

This company came to give me a quote and told me I should think about selling my house rather than fix it. Then told me maybe 50-100k. He spent 5 min looking at it. Called another company they spent 3 hours doing measurements and calculations and quoted me 8k. Don’t even waste your time contacting this company.

Long story short... got 5 bids for a foundation repair job. The sales person (Randy) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. Hired Robbins. The crew (Sergio and his helper) were great, hard working and helpful. Job was finished on time and at quoted price. Would highly recommend them.

I had Robbins & Co Foundation Systems look at my foundation/crawl space. Compared to the other two companies that came out to evaluate the issues, Robbins performed the least thorough inspection. Their equipment was a simple level, whereas the other companies had electronic measuring equipment that measured all the differing levels of the floors throughout the house. The other companies actually went into the crawl space to look around; whereas Robbins did not. Not surprisingly, the proposal from Robbins was the least expensive due to missed scope, so we ended up going with another foundation repair company that had professional measuring equipment, took the time to investigate the issues, and overall they were much more pleasant to deal with. I understand Seattle is booming with construction, but Robbins needs to work on their customer service or just don't accept new appointments until you can devote the time and energy to your prospective clients.
