Supercuts

I have happily gone here quite a few times and always had great experiences. I usually call in and ask for appointments. Never any issue with doing this method. I had just scheduled an appointment via phone just now for 1pm tomorrow, but I will not be going to it now after careful thought. The stylist who answered the phone was rude, condescending, acted like it was an inconvenience for him to even answer the phone, and he complained to me that I interrupted his work by calling. Ridiculous behavior from him. I will not be giving this location any more of my business.

I booked an appointment online and walked into Supercuts at Northgate. There were no customers and all hair stylists were sitting idle in the middle of the day. My hair stylist was very impatient to cut my hair and literally used the clippers like a lawn mover! She did not follow the instructions I told her nor did she cut my hair based on the photo I showed her twice. She didn't even clean the residual hair from my face or neck after the haircut. It was a terrible experience and my hair (whatever is left on my scalp after the haircut) looks horrible. Worst haircut ever. I would never visit supercuts in Seattle again. Service: Haircut

Karen is a sweetheart she's the only one that's touched my hair this is my second cut in 2 years because of covid a lot cut off but looks very nice and healthy
