Horrible service and employees, unbelievable level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior, there was a reception person called carlos, he was super unprofessional and doesnt know what to do beside charging me $950 for there nights and at the same night charged my coworkers that were coming with me $750 despite the fact that our organization paid our accommodation but he said we dont take payments on the phone thats why i need to charge you guys, i wish if there was less than a one star to give. Thats fine cause me and my coworkers WILL NOT stay at it every time we come to Seattle for business.

My family and I traveled to Seattle and stayed here for one night. We loved that we were so close to the venue, Climate Pledge Arena. Just right down the street! We were also within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars. The Space Needle is right next door, and there are a lot of fun things to do in this area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was wonderful, so many choices!!
Rooms: Our room had a kitchenette and living space separate from the beds. We loved the extra space!
Nearby activities: Space needle
Safety: We felt very safe here.
Walkability: Walking distance to food, drinks, museums, venues.
Food & drinks: Continental breakfast was super yummy!!
Noteworthy details: There is a parking garage with a fee to use.

Loved the location, accommodation, and service. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The maids were accommodating and the hot breakfast was great. My only complaint was the cost of the snacks and health aids at the front desk. Thirteen dollars for a very small bag of chips and a pop is absolutely outrageous!
