Here I was, looking to move out at the end of December. I had booked a move out cleaning with another provider then the snow hit. Their schedule became chaos, cleanings got rebooked, and I got stuck in a bind needing move out cleaning for the end of my lease. On a reference, I was pointed to Eastside Cleaning Solutions who were not only able to come, but did so within two days of me reaching out. The quality of cleaning I received was phenomenal. The cleaners were incredibly slow. The older of the two spent 5 hours just cleaning the kitchen. It ended up taking so long that they charged more money and the following morning I was going through the house myself clearing cobwebs from corners and cleaning things that the "professionals" hadn't even touched, like the banister on the stairs. To top it all off, when my property management went to do the inspection afterwards, they claimed nobody had cleaned it at all and are now charging us a cleaning fee. Service: Moving-related cleaning

They were at our TH until 8pm and had arrived at 1 pm, 7 hours of cleaning and they still did not get it done. The home had been occupied by an elderly woman so it was not a disgusting move out clean, we chose the deep clean. Afterwards before my son moved in, I inspected it. There were cob webs, blinds and traking did not cleaned, they also did not clean the air ducts. I had the owner call them back, they came on Sunday morning, which was an inconvenience for the family, they came back and the cobwebs, dust and dirt were still in the same place and never cleaned properly. None of what is listed under their deep clean was done. I actually made a heart with my finger to show it was not cleaned. I have worked in apartment management for over 20 years so I know how units are supposed to look and what should be cleaned before a new tenant moves in. I took pictures. Service: Deep clean
