        Went to NVL Laboratories to get a sample tested for asbestos for a home remodel. They make the process pretty easy having instructions on their website specifically for homeowners, specifying to bring the samples in ziplock bags, the size they need to be and how to handle multiple samples. They charge by varying degrees of turnaround time- I selected the lowest (24 hour), but after the 24 hours I still wasn't given my results. I dropped my sample off Thursday afternoon and received the results Monday morning (93 hours). I took issue with the fact the results weren't advertised as taking X amount of working days, but specially in the number hours and they failed to get the results anywhere close to that. Additionally, I found myself irritated they were able to charge my card the payment within 24 hours, but couldn't give results within that window.
