        This is a Kiosk in QFC and not a store location, the pictures of inside of a storefront is misleading, so if you have a key the kiosk doesn't support don't waste a trip.

        My husband had an appointment to meet a locksmith to reprogram his car key fob at 6:30 PM. They said theyd call at 6. Come 6:45 we call and they say wed hear back in 1 minutes. Its been more than 3 hours. Weve called at least 3 times and got the same response, a technician will call in ten minutes. What a scam. This is the most garbage service Ive experienced. We drove across the city to meet them, waited hours and they were continuously unhelpful. Eventually someone called, hung up on us, and called again to meet us in the morning. This place is a scam.
