Kristin Frey Bridal Airbrush MakeUp Artistry

Was at a wedding yesterday in Wallace nc. She had been paid but never showed and wouldn't answer phone calls for over a week. She must be a fraud.

I originally met Kristin at a wedding expo here in Wilmington NC. If you have ever been to one of these they can be a bit overwhelming because you meet soon many people at once. The fact that Kristin was an artist and used airbrush makeup definitely made her memorable. As an amateur artist myself I had really high expectations. My wedding was Scifi themed and costume attire. And I was also planning to use some blacklight accenting. I was going for a hidden butterfly effect that could only be seen under blacklight. It was a tall order and Kristin delivered BEAUTIFULLY! We had a great collaborative consult. I had pretty intricate ideas that were all over the place and her experience as a makeup artist truly helped to sort through all my inspiration and find a beautiful day look as well as my hidden look. I had three big issues I knew she would be tackling. The first being I sweat like crazy, but she had a waterproof makeup that lasted me even into the day after my wedding, Amazing! My other issue was that I was dealing with a huge amount of hormonal acne, but when she was done working her magic my skin looked Flawless! And the best part was it didn't feel like I was even wearing makeup! And for the big question having a secondary layer of makeup over top that could only be seen by blacklight that was completely different from my day look. We had a really great test session in advance so we could work out design and logistics. Kristen even threw in something I never thought to do face jewels! The final result was more perfect than I could have ever dreamed! On the day of my wedding she was there before me and stayed till the last minute to make sure I looked picture perfect!
