I saw some results after about 5 weeks and continued to get leaner in the lower abdominal region around the belly for about 8 weeks. I wanted to make the most of it so I immediately went into a good diet and semi best exercise routine in years (I'm 35) during that time so it's hard to determine which one it was. I wasn't obese and looked good with a shirt on etc...just fat below the belly button. They said I should have good noticeable results ... This was in October of 2020...as of now the belly is fully back even though diet and exercise has been a bit more relaxed but not to the extent where I would have excepted to regain those fat cells that quickly back to before. I'd like to give it one more try but not at that price. I found the procedure incredibly painful much more than expected, for a solid 5 min after the freezing part it was the worst pain I've ever felt. I swear it's moved my fat from my belly to my love handles because I never had fat there before and now that's where it accumulates. So I kind of just traded one spot for the other, weird. In conclusion it's hard to say if it worked and I'm torn whether to try it again cause you know fool me twice shame on me and would rather put the money into testosterone supplementation or personal training sessions etc..

Ronda at Seattle Aesthetics is the best!!! I have gone here twice now, for two different cool sculpting sessions on different body parts. I can already see incredible results from the first session. She made the entire experience positive from start to finish. She is very friendly, professional, and very skillful with cool sculpting. She walked through the whole procedure and aftercare, and answered all questions. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying this service to look no where else except for Seattle Aesthetics!
