Meter Music School - Columbia City

Meter Music School is amazing. Their instructors are talented and patient with kids. I had both my kids in for months-long ukulele lessons and they had a blast. We will be signing up for more lessons at Meter in the future!

After having a hard time finding someone to provide virtual lessons for our 4-year old, we found Meter. Meter staff worked with us to find the right teacher for the job (which requires a lot of patience and a good sense of humor!). Our son loves his teacher, who is knowledgeable and fun. The online platform that Meter uses for virtual lessons is easy to navigate and worked well. The administrative staff were incredibly helpful when we had to change lesson times or adjust our schedule due to sickness or other conflicts. I would definitely recommend classes at Meter!

We love this neighborhood music center. Our daughter took flute lessons here for a few years and had excellent, kind teachers. The staff are great!

Stellar instruction for an adult learner. Staff super friendly and easy to work with, and my teacher (Darryl Barber) was simply top-notch, endlessly patient and supportive.
