I live in the Seattle area so I am able to visit their showroom from time to time. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. I was shopping for boxes and bows and they brought me samples of everything I needed and even offered me a bottle of water while I looked through their catalog. Do not hesitate in giving this company your business. They are the real deal. As a business owner, I need value for every penny I spend. I can't waste time with bargain companies that offer more than they deliver but I also can't break the bank with every purchase, either. This place does it right---Great Quality, Superior Customer Service, and Reasonable Prices. What else could business owner want?
