We have had such a wonderful experience with Tiny Trees and are so lucky to have this program available to us.

As a pediatric occupational therapist, I can not say enough about the benefits of an outdoor preschool. Tiny Trees is one of the few preschools that actually and truly prepares kids for elementary school by providing a full body, full sensory experience. While outdoors, kids are able to challenge their minds and bodies at the same time, which significantly improves learning. Through the experience of being outdoors, a child feels the wind on their skin, hears the sounds that aren't heard inside, swings on vines for vestibular input, hikes through trails and builds bridges which provides proprioceptive stimulation, engages in social skills which come easier when kids don't feel confined, and attention spans are improved as a result of all of this incoming information. When the time comes for kids who attended Tiny Trees to begin elementary school, they will have developed the core strength to sit at their desk, fine motor skills for handwriting, oculomotor coordination for copying from the board, bilateral integration for manipulation of objects, and a refined sensory processing system for a refined attention to task. I strongly encourage anyone with a preschooler to please do your child a huge favor by helping them get ahead the way childhood development naturally occurs. I sent my daughter to Tiny Trees and wouldn't have had it any other way. She is now in the highly advanced class fully prepared to be a successful student.

Our twins love Tiny Trees. Their teachers are awesome - patient, creative and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend outdoor preschool (and Tiny Trees) to anyone with an active, playful 3 - 5 year old!
