The reason why Im giving 5 starts is because we just recently went for tour at this apartment complex and the lady in the leasing office was really nice and welcoming and honest when answering questions. She was so professional and although we were not really liking the place at first sight, she can present the units and the neighborhood well! Definitely not moving here but wanted to give a shout out to Jordan!

They raised the rent to a ridiculous rate and try to sell the place as luxury apartments, but it's honestly sketchy. Not to mention they shut down the pool and filled it in to make a "clubhouse". It finally opened after years of closure, only to be shut down by the city because they didn't get the proper permits or follow safety guidelines. I doubt the actual apartments are much safer.

The location is downhill not great for snowy or slick roads, NO POOL shame that got taken thank you rude neighbors for destroying the pool, it became a REC AREA now.

Less than a year living here and I already got a my car vandalized and my car towed from management, there's absolutely no parking been asking for an extra spot and still haven't gotten one just absolutely horrible I do not recommend it here
