        We visited re RefractSeattle open galleries on 10-15. Fun place to visit, staff friendly. Lots of neon signs, some collector items, and interesting mixed media art. Classes available.

        Called and talked to Andre. Seamed like a real nice guy upfront just to get my business. After I paid for his service he he was impossible to get ahold of. Completely unreliable and missed the agreed time frame. When they finally came out, the work was completely sloppy. Left my job site a mess. Please save yourself the nightmare and go with someone else.
