Absolutely awful and do not recommend. Yes, like the other reviewer stated, he runs his mouth too much and doesn't listen. He is a know-it-all who knows very little, but most importantly he cost us hundreds of dollars and we did not get what we wanted or what we hired him for. He said he could install our heated mat in the bathroom and adhere new tile over it. He ended up cutting an imperative cord and did not take responsibility for this. Nor did he try to work with our electrician though we pleaded with him multiple times. There was no one else there who could have cut the cord and it wasn't cut when we received it. The instructions clearly said to not cut the red cord and that's the cord he cut rendering the heated mat useless. Then he tiled over it, so there was no way to fix the mat. He was in over his head and clearly did not know how to properly install, but he took the job regardless. Then when we called him on it and asked to trouble shoot and come fix, he was weaselly and ignored us along with the electrician. We suspect he blocked all contact with us. Bob is spineless and does bad work. Do not hire him or his joke of a company, Hillside Ceramic and Stone.
