Firestone Complete Auto Care

I wanted to change my brake pads and do oil change, but one of their employees said my car had a lot of problems like change tires, air filter, battery... COME ON! I bought this car about 3 years ago, and that was brand new, even my car is high mileage, but I don't think it has that much of problems. Luckily, they couldn't change the brake pads because they couldn't find the same model, so they just did oil change and charged me 90 bucks. After that I went to Mazda and they did a car inspection for me. They said my car didn't have that much of problems, instead the brake pads, also firestone made a very bad oil change for my car. I will never go to firestone anymore. I am very disappointed.

I went in to get my battery checked and got the battery alternation starter package. After they tested, they called me and asked me to change battery and gave me a 159 usd battery quote. I pointed that their website has a 99 usd battery which they said they didnt have in stock. I went there to pick my car to drive to another firestone, when they said they had a discount for me and said they had the battery in stock. They replaced the battery and i was on my way. Not sure why they said they didnt have the battery in first place and later say they had!

Called to make a reservation yesterday. Told to come in between 7 - 8 this AM. Got in at 7:30 and was told they couldn't take me. The store is closing and employees are quitting. Wouldn't recommend.
