The staff are frendly and easy to work with. Their website is ok and relatively easy to make appointments. The waiting area for the service is clean and convenient with internet access. Their prices are reasonable and from what I could see they do a good job servicing my vehicle (Although I am not expert), they make suggestions that are appropriate and I dont find they try and upsell much. I would give them 5 stars, but they over charged me once and after many calls and getting the runaround I havent seen a refund, they also took so long I couldnt dispute it, so unfortunately that has not been the best experience. In fact its been quite a poor experience given how many times I have called them (About 7) and been told the refund is on the way and to check my bank account, and we will call you back with an update. Nothing. Unfortunately I wont be coming back here due to this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Total rip off! I had an indicator went on, I took it in for diagnostics. They charged me 300 dollars and send me back on the road. Next day, same indicator went on again and my van got stuck on highway. Charged me again for the replacement, didn't refund me the money I paid a day before and didn't refund me the towing, although it was promised on the phone. Worked with Daniels, totally unprofessional and simply rude. No communication, had to call in few times to check on the status.

I came here to get the timing belt changed. Daniels at the service department is super friendly and professional. The price is reasonable.
