Answered quickly military and said could escort onto base she was rude and hung up. Called back 5 times and they blocked my number wouldnt recommend not military friendly at all didnt want to take my daughter to the clinic with COVID she doesnt like wearing a mask and I liked the idea of her in her own home. If youre military safe yourself and just go to the poulsbo clinic its nicer and faster.

My daughter was sick, and developed a fever. They were flexible and met us at our house. The doctor was kind and caring and took his time. Im glad I found Housecall and will definitely call them the next time one of us gets sick.

While I appreciated the convenience of having someone come to my home to provide medical care during the pandemic (versus having to sit in an Urgent Care waiting room), the care I received did not meet my expectations.  First, the doctor (who is not an MD - though this information was not clearly communicated at the time of scheduling), while pleasant, did not do an actual examination.  In fact, he did not even take a full set of vitals, though to my surprise and confusion, my online record from this provider had vitals information included (assumedly made-up after the fact), as well as other information that was not discussed during his visit (assumedly taken from another online medical record).  Additionally, the billing policies for this provider are unclear (intentionally or not), and I am still receiving invoices for which I previously remitted payment, almost 5 months after the fact.  To make this matter more frustrating, no one from this provider's office has responded to my billing questions (after numerous attempts).  Again, while this may seem a convenient option, especially at this uncertain time, I would recommend caution.To be fair, I do want to acknowledge that this provider was able to write a necessary prescription and make a referral for other needed testing, which is why this is a 2-star review (versus a 1-star).
