My Furnace quit working abruptly on Monday morning November 21st. I was in a small panic because my handicap wife was in the house along with my 9 year old granddaughter. I spent over an hour on the phone to numerous heating and cooling companies around Kitsap County trying to get a technician to come to my house to fix my furnace. One place I called is just a few blocks from my house.  I kept getting the same answer from everyone, " we cant get anyone out there until next week or the week after". This was not a situation that could wait for a week or two!Very discouraging and disheartening! Finally I contacted Brooks Comfort Zone, spoke with a very friendly lady named Vanessa. She told me that her and her crew could be out to my house that same day around 5 pm. I was so relieved! They showed up as had been discussed, diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, Installed it and had me back up and running in less than an hour. For me  that day they were my heroes. My house was warm again for My wife, my granddaughter and my self. In the future when needed they will be the first place I call!!!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brooks and Vanessa for the great job they did replacing my old gas furnace with a new Daiken heat pump. Very nice install and it works great! They are also reasonably priced! Highly Recommended! Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

Do not use this company. I paid them $10,000 for a mini split heat pump. They drilled holes in my wall that did not align with the unit and told me they do not do wall repair and left me to pay for it. The unit has never worked properly from the date of the installation. When you call them to help determine why the unit is not working they do not respond. They did not obtain permits as they told me they would when I had them give me an estimate. It was a bad experience all around and now I had to hire another heat pump company to fix their poor work and malfunctioning unit. In addition to getting and paying for my own permit. NEVER would I use them or recommend them. I thought a nice small local company....beware that is exactly what you get...small. local, inexperienced and non-responsive.
