        Richard goes above & beyond! He has helped so much on website & social posts! He really has made me think outside of the box. I am excited to do my job again. I love job but the social media scares me. Not sure if I was doing things right or not. His course is wonderful. It has been very enjoyable meet other people in the industry.

        Richard Merrill Consulting is unique in the esthetic coaching genre. Richard focuses on gaining marketing and business acumen and less on 'positive mindset'. Each module takes you through baby steps of building your business, from its infancy to building in protocols for the 'what if's', including 'What if I'm injured and can't work?' He is responsive if you are struggling and an out-of-the-box thinker in problem solving.

        Being an entrepreneur can be scary enough! But I was lucky enough to find Richard and help me put it all together. My business is not scary to me anymore . I feel I have a better understanding of what ni need to do so I can be successful! Thank you to this course I learned so much and things I didn’t even know I had to do! Didn’t need to hire anyone to do it for me either! This step by step, detailed and very easy to comprehend course really gave me the education I needed to build a successful business !

        What can I say, Richard is phenomenal! His business services, customer service, and online courses have helped me tremendously. All it took was making that free consultation phonecall, and here I am months later watching my business grow and flourish. One of the many courses I've taken during our SIP is Richard Merrill 's Complete Spa Business Regimen. Im not afraid to say that I was very humbled and now restructuring my whole entire business because of everything Ive learned. No one in our industry adresses what is covered in this course and half of it is not common sense. Theres literally over 100 modules to get through as it was made for the advanced business owner. If youre looking for courses, I highly suggest this one. Especially if youre looking into owning and/or revamping your business.
