        We're not at their place of business working from home still didn't fix my problem with my insurance but it's okay to take your money kind of like a vending machine you have to shake

        Jim is very personable when trying to get you to use his business, but that is about it. They never answer the phone, never return your phone calls and don't follow up on questions asked. I will be hunting for a new agent after the first of the year.
