I would give 10 stars if I could!  Talk about going above and beyond, owner Dan answered my phone call on a holiday weekend (much to my surprise) and proceeded to talk me "off the ledge" about a recent basement flood.  He talked me through what to do, what not to do and reassured me that I was taking the right steps.  He then came and cleaned the carpet, which now looks and smells fabulous!  I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will recommend to all of my family and friends.  Family owned, very caring, professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous and prompt.  You will not be disappointed with their service!
