This place is awesome! The people that work there, I can only speak about the post crew, are happy, courteous, and really look like they enjoy what they are doing, keeping the place clean and safe for everyone that walks through the doors.

We just saw Paw Patrol, very well done. Nice clean business. We saw Blue Man Group and even though we were in row N it was a great seat!

I have season tickets and have been to 30+ shows. It can take a few years to get good seats, but when you do, it can really be a great time. Each year, there are some awesome shows, but there is always a show or two that really feel like filler. You also get first chance to buy tickets to the shows that are not part of the season ticket package. It really helps when you can buy tickets before the scalpers get everything and charge you 10x as much. I was able to buy front row seats to Hamilton for my whole family at face value. I checked the night of the show, and they were almost $900 each. The seats are small. I am in good shape, and I am almost always rubbing shoulders with the seat next to me. The sound system is high quality, and you can hear what is going on even during quiet sections of a performance. There are all the standard issues. Parking is a nightmare, concessions are 4 to 5 times what you would pay anywhere else, bathroom lines are so long during intermission you might not be back for the first part of the second act, and so on. All in all, if you enjoy plays and musicals, it is on par for a venue in "major" markets like Seattle and LA, without the Seattle and LA costs.

This is a very nice venue. Comfortable seats, nearly enough bathrooms for women and friendly ushers.
