I wasn't aware that spaghetti was supposed to be SOUPY! My garlic roll was also hard. Being mall employee I give the restaurants my loyal business and I hope the food gets better so I have more choices.

I have been a customer of Villa since 2014 and unfortunately won't be a patron any longer. Today when I was on lunch at work I approached the counter at Villa and the lady before me was helped immediately. Once she was done ordering I stepped forward to order. There were four employees behind the counter and two made eye contact with me briefly before looking away. I stood there for approximately a minute while one employee was snapping his fingers and looking bored, the other kept looking In my direction but neither asked me for my order. The other two were actually working and not standing around, but I was made to feel invisible. I refuse to be treated like a window when I am a customer.

This is the third time I have come in and wanted cheese pizza at 7:00 and there is none. I love the cheese or pepperoni pizza but the management instructs staff to sell what is left. Very disappointed, and eating at a competitor. Watched four groups of customers walk away tonight.
