Laurie Allen has been more than exceptional as a Realtor. She is professional, prompt, and precise. Early 2019, as the house market was getting exciting and ramping up, she was able to get us into our perfect first home which wasnt even on the market. If it wasnt for her we wouldve had to settle for something that we didnt love. We just closed on our 2nd home and couldnt have dreamt of doing it without her knowledge and strategy. I was referred to Laurie by a friend who raved about how amazing she and her husband were! I got a call from a job and had 30 days to sell my house pack up my life and make a move all the while having a vacation planned in the middle of that lol. When I called Laurie, explained my situation she got right to work!! Immediately came out the next day did a look around told me exactly what we needed to do then put it into action! We had our house listed right when we moved, she has it in escrow in less than 24 hours!!! We just had to sit back unpack and worry about our new adventure and she took care of the rest!!
