      image Went for Easter Brunch today. I made a reservation last week for 1:30 for 3 adults and 2 kids. The receptionist was rude & lacked customer service skills. She said the reservation was for only 3 adults. I showed her my online confirmation and she said "that was an online reservation. Nobody here made the reservation". They still accommodated us but the food and service was terrible. Everything was cold from 1st course to 2nd course except the french toast (which was very good). I didn't want to send anything back and make a fuss but who wants cold ham, steak & eggs? The waitress was kind but inattentive. If the service & food are going to be terrible after a certain hour then stop taking reservations prior to that. They also charged my 9 year old as an adult. I didn't mind paying the adult price for my son because he's a bigger boy but not my youngest. Very disappointing.
