Bragg Family Music

My family enjoys taking our music lessons in Auburn with Bronson and Makaela. It has been super convenient for three in my family to take lessons in one visit. My older son and I have a guitar lesson and my younger son and I have piano lessons within a one hour session. I have also had the pleasure of seeing both of them perform publicly, covers and their own compositions. Makaela has been an organized and patient instructor to my younger son. Bronson’s lessons have been interesting and fun.  They are both able to think outside the box to make lessons more effective. I highly recommend either of them as instructors to students of any level.

I have been a client of Bragg Family Music since February 2018. I have had such a wonderful time exploring my music. At first I had no idea what to work on, I just knew that vocal lessons was on my bucket list. I found my teacher Macaela to be quite intremental in helping me to discover who I am and how I sing. She is very professional and more than qualified to teach at such a young age. Lessons start on time and end on time. There is homework and she never gives you more than you can handle. She is very skilled at getting the right sound out of you. I find her smart, funny, practical and insightful in her teaching. In the last few months I have gone from hating my voice to loving it. And I can only get better! The price is affordable for all that you get. And I have found her to be quite flexible with accommodating my schedule. These people are worth their weight in gold!

I have been taking adult piano lessons with Bronsome for a few months now and feel like I have made noticable and rewarding progress. Both Bronson and his wife Makaela (also a music teacher) are very kind professionals who work with the strength(s) of their students. With notice they can be extremely flexible and work with your schedule and they give advance notice of any conflicts in their schedules. I would recommend them to any child or adult wanting to start or continue with music lessons of all types.

I've been working with Makaela for voice lessons, and she is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of singing. Some of the exercises we've done together: tongue stretches, singing through a straw, singing on one foot, or on the floor, etc. Lessons are at her home in Tacoma and pricing is a bit more affordable than some other teachers in the area.
