A printer is crucial to the functionality of a school. Robert understood this was quick to provide us options that matched our needs. I work for NAMI of Southwest Washington. Robert and his family provide stellar, incomparable customer service. Our new printer was delivered and set up in a timely fashion, and all of us in the office were given simple yet detailed instructions for use. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly. We had a scanning issue that was quickly solved in less than a few hours. Our company just leased our 3rd copier from them. Everything they offer is top of the line! Robert checks in with us often to see how things are going since we installed the new copier.
