Wish I could give this place 0 stars. First and foremost let me tell you Ive actually never been able to speak to Larry. Its always one of his associates or secretaries that I end up talking to which is really annoying. Anyways to start things off Ive been purchasing car insurance through them for quite sometime. One of the vehicles I had insured was an old Mazda that ended up getting totaled and after speaking with somebody at the office I asked them to cancel the insurance on said car. No problem right? Well two months goes by and theyre still taking out payments on it! After calling them back to figure out the problem I spoke with another person, NOT Larry, and they tried to tell me the policy was never cancelled. Insane right? Fast forward a couple years later and my other policy that I was paying full coverage on just all of the sudden got cancelled. After talking with another random face at the office I was informed my routing number at my bank had changed, which after looking into it most certainly did not, and they were no longer able to take out funds for the insurance. They said they contacted me twice which I actually did get one phone call for but after calling back to fix it they never answered. And so since there was no established communication back and forth they decided to go ahead and just cancel the policy. Not even so much as an email was sent to let me know about the cancellation. So after all this goes down I decide to try and renew the same policy I had before which you would think shouldnt be too big of an issue right? WRONG! Turns out they actually want to charge me double from what I was paying before and cant give me the same policy I once had previously. Long story short, save your time and effort and look for insurance somewhere else. Theyll attempt to scam you in the long run.

Now that I'm "disabled/retired" I think it's fair that I can be pretty unbiased on reviews of agents.
Larry brings a wealth of knowledge with his prior claims experience. He would still be my agent if I hadn't had moved from Vancouver.
I'm a retired GM that worked in the disaster industry for around 20 years. I have State Farm. I've processed thousands of claims in my life, with more carriers than I can count. Take it from me.
You get what you pay for when it counts.
