        They’ve made the process to buy back my gun that I took a loan out on a nightmare. I anticipated a waiting time to get it back because duh that’s state law however I come with all necessary documentation and I can’t sign my forms because she doesn’t have them available. I work 2 full time jobs I don’t have the time to be coming back to sign papers they weren’t organized enough to have in the first place. I won’t be coming here again once I get my property back.

        This family-run business is great! They are friendly and straightforward and made me feel at ease even though I’ve never pawned anything before. I felt that they really cared. WONDERFUL customer service especially by the “dad”. Would and HAVE recommended this shop to others!
