Vonie has such a calming, positive energy and is a wonderful coach. She helped me to get to the core of a limiting belief that I unknowingly internalized at 9 years old. Having her horse Cody there to provide support was a added bonus and made the session unlike any other that I’ve experienced! I had many powerful takeaways from our session and I’m looking forward to working with her again.

During my time in the 'One Size Fits None Program,' I lost 41 pounds. My goal was to lose 25 pounds. During the program, I had a significant death in my family, and Vonie helped me through that difficult time with a Gestalt experience that helped me grieve the loss of that family member. Even though I was grieving, I didn't eat my feelings! The journaling exercises had me stay honest with myself and become more conscious of my daily routines, actions, and activities. As a result, I became more active and got to 11,000 steps a day. For the first time, I can look at myself in the mirror and say to myself, "you are beautiful" inside and out. I loved the program, and it was life-changing!

Our company has utilized Vonie for a number of years for life coaching and crisis counseling as well as workshops. Vonie is amazingly quick and responsive to issues arising. We trust her to maintain confidentiality while providing emotional support to our team. Every team member who has had sessions with Vonie have been overwhelmed with how helpful she is.

Our team went out of the traditional team building box and met for day on the ranch with Vonie Kalich Coaching. What a delight and well needed break for all.
