Were in the process of selling our home and the buyer requested carpet cleaning. COIT was one of the companies we found and we had Dennis come out to give us an estimate. From the moment he arrived, we werent disappointed. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. He checked everywhere we wanted done and then gave us a very reasonable quote. He even took the time to talk with us after, joke around a bit, and get to know us. He treated us like family instead of just another job and that made the world of a difference. We will definitely be hiring them to come and help us out and would recommend that anyone chooses them again in the future. Thank you again Dennis for making it an enjoyable experience!

Unable to receive an accurate, concise quote between two employees. Invoice doesn't make sense compared to what I'm being told over the phone.

Technician Dee was so polite, professional and courteous. He worked very hard to treat the areas I was concerned with, respected my home and pets, and communicated throughout the process to make sure he was meeting expectations.
