The Everett Clinic at Woodinville

I came in for a skin check for cancer and asked about the process to get moles removed on my neck. Front desk and nurse were great, but really disappointed with dermatologist. She was very short with me, didn't answer my questions, and seemed more concern about something I thought was a zit. I never found out what it was and left with more questions than answers. If it wasn't for the fact that I need a first appointment to do anything, I wouldn't come back.

Rude staff and when I spoke to the front manager she just brushed me off after it was EVERETT Clinics fault for giving me the false information. Not the first time this has happen. This location has one of the worse staff starting with management. What a JOKE! Sad when the front end manager adds fuel to the fire. They forget they are suppose to help people not The Doctors though are kind and friendly. If it wasnt for them I wouldnt even come.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Friendly front desk associates. Dr Fasciano was great.

Doctor was 30 minutes late, which yeah sure stuff happens but mid appointment that was rushed, we were rudely interrupted so that doctor could see an interesting patient that had just come in. I thought Id give this location a try because of their good reviews. My mistake theyre all the same

I would put 0 stars if I could, I called this facility that I got refered to by the center of Everette clinics call base told me they had a e-xray machine, after 5 minutes of visit (after a 5hr wait for appointment) I got turned away an charged 240$ for visit fee. This not only mentions that my Dr was (running late) so my 5 hour wait turned into 6 I was in my car with a fractured vertebrae I was charged for assistance I never received. I'm paying this because I cant risk my job an days off to go to the attorney general and feel they screwed me out of my money. Hope you all take the words into consideration.Long story short: THEY DO NOT HAVE AN X-RAY MACHINE. -____-
