The very best! Professional, fair price & they care... From the girls in the office to the wonderful men who saved the day with our septic system issue. The gals in the office were amazing at helping me figure out what could be going on and when the guys came out to service they figured out quickly what the problem was and that my septic tank was full of wipes that clogged everything up! This is an awesome company and we will always call them and recommend them to our neighbors, friends & family.

Absolutely THE BEST! Wouldn't ever recommend anyone else.  Might take a few days to a week to get on the schedule, but that's because they are second to none! WORTH THE WAIT!

I want to thank A-1 Septic for coming to the rescue. We needed some to come same day. They did a thorough job on our septic tank and were very knowledgeable in their business. I would recommend them to my neighbors and anyone else who wants someone you can trust with your septic systems.

After many years had passed we came to the conclusion that the septic tank needed to be emptied for the first time. There were a number of services out there but we chose A-1 Environmental Septic/Lilly's Septic (same company) for a number of reasons.The first reason was Anita, the office manager and customer service front line rep.  She was bright and friendly, eager to help and understood that we did not have a lot of experience on this topic.  She explained the importance of identifying the location of the tank, digging up the two different hatch chambers from which contents would be pumped. She also said they could help find it if necessary. She had all the county records for our installation and told us exactly where it was!  Excellent!The owner of the company, Darren, is a stellar hardworking guy that also drives a brand spanking new Septic Truck that could have been in a truck show! Plenty of length on the flex pipe to get to the tank without driving on the lawn! Darren takes a lot of pride in his work and you become more appreciative of everything he does to take a job most people would not choose for a living and turn it into something that makes you not hesitate to make A-1 Environmental your GO-TO septic cleaner every 4 years of so.  This is an excellent company that deserves the full support of everyone living on Septic systems. They are located in Woodinville!  If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 I would!!

First time with a septic system. The first company I called said "you'll know" when I asked how often the system should be pumped. I decided to bite the bullet and just have it pumped since it had been 4 years. Darren was awesome and the scheduling was easy. They even left me a reminder message the day before. I had a lot of questions and he answered every one. Highly recommend!
