Have used Fly Q in the past and didnt like it. 18 months ago they had a special on a year subscription for $40. For that price I decided to try it again, and again I disliked their product. I used it for about a week and took it off my cell phone. What I didnt notice when I signed up, was the fact that they automatically sign you up for automatic renewals and charge your credit card. Even though I didnt use it at all the first year, they are still charging me from the time they renewed until now during the second year. I hate it when companies do this because they know a certain percentage of users will forget to cancel the automatic renewal. So be careful!

Seattle Avionics is the data supplier for Aspen Avionics electronic flight display systems. Their customer support is helpful in explaining the capabilities, restrictions and limitations of the data SD card platform used to provide the basis of this system. The team was helpful in referring to subject matter experts who helped resolve a data failure. Their honesty and expertise was refreshing and expedited a more than fair solution. The platform for their data transfer to SD cards is simple yet a bit more complicated in execution considering the restrictions and limitations of data, the proprietary SD cards platform and system partners. However, the partners were a team with Seattle Avionics in developing a solution.
