ReadySpaces in Woodinville provides a terrific solution for businesses needing warehouse and work space. You can rent the space you need instead of expensing a whole building. Needed amenities are available as well - small kitchen, lunch room, large sink, fork lift, plenty of parking, and mail services to name a few. Management truly makes a difference as well. Marc is the on-site manager caring for our experience and is extraordinarily conscientious about customer service. Highly recommend!

I run a little ecommerce company that's outgrown my spare bedroom and so I searched for local warehouse options and stumbled across ReadySpaces. I've loved my few months of renting a space there and the manager, Marc, is awesome. He's very open to feedback and even implemented USPS package pickups within weeks of me asking about it. ReadySpaces has everything you need as a small business owner to succeed. If you are a first time business owner looking for a fully equipped shared warehouse location to give your business a kick start this is where you want to be. Ive been renting with ReadySpaces for a couple of years now. Prior to that I was hunting for a shared warehouse spaces for a while but couldnt find anything which was in a decent proximity from east side city life and still had all the amenities. I explored several options especially self storage options which were cheaper but Im glad I decided to go with a warehouse instead of a self storage solution. This is a long review so Im going to categorize it. Location: - Right in the Woodinville industrial area on the brink of Redmond, in close proximity to Costco, Home Depot, other self storage facilities (if you want a hybrid solution to store inventory long term there are several facilities down the road with loading docks). If you prefer to shop on a weekly basis instead of over stocking lumber and other supplies, this place is for you. Uline offers next day delivery for almost everything for this location. Property Manager: - Marc is hands down the best property manager Ive met at ReadySpaces both this location and other locations. He is courteous, always on top of things and cares for details around the property. He strikes a great balance between being assertive to keep the place in order and letting go if you accidentally run into special situations. Its a demanding job to co-ordinate with many business owners and doesnt come naturally to everyone. Loading docks: - There are 7 loading docks out of which Ive never seen more than 4 being used at the same time. So you are never going to have trouble even if you get frequent deliveries or pickups. Amenities: - There is a forklift on site and 2 pallet jacks for common use which Ive never had trouble getting my hands to. People are courteous and respectful of each others time and Ive never have had to wait more than a few minutes even if the forklift was in use. There is heated lounge area to take a break, small kitchenette, conference room (which can be booked in advance or used for walkins). Recently they increased the frequency for trash pickup to 4 out of 5 weekdays. There are plenty of restrooms for use, which despite heavy use are always decently clean considering it is a large warehouse with over a hundred daily users. Package pickup: - There is a package pickup spot where UPS, Fedex and almost all other freight providers pickup several times during the day, Ive never had my packages not be picked up on the same day. You can simply leave your packages in the pickup zone and notify your carrier and they would come pick it up while you focus on other work. The pickup area is not inside of the building but right by the main entrance but it is sheltered to protect from the rain. Neighbors: - This is something that has really warmed my heart. Every single person Ive met at this location is incredible. All small business owners willing to help each other. Ive had great conversations with some of the best in class company owners such as KeepMoving. All respectful of each other and willing to share their own experiences and solutions to some common problems you might face. Safety: - Last but not the least, this is the safest of industrial areas you can find in Seattle and Greater Seattle area and definitely the best amongst other ReadySpace locations. Ive worked at this place around the clock and never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in any manner any time of the day or night. There are 2 areas which I feel could be made better to enhance the experience of owners. - There is very minimal to no heating inside the building, if there is, its just to prevent freezing. But it does get pretty cold inside if you plan to work there long hours, be prepared to dress warm especially in the Months on Dec - Feb. - On-site on demand- labor is not provided. ReadySpace competitors such as Salt, offer this and would be of huge help
