Although the flowers are beautiful the plastic vase was to small for 24 Rose's. The vase kept tipping over and so my husband had to rearrange them in another vase. For $188.00 which included delivery, I feel my husband should not have had to do this. h His arrangement was put together much nicer as well. There are Rose's just kinda sticking out of the back side. .

Lot to say on this one. I called on Monday to check prices and services, specifically to see if they deliver. The woman that I spoke to initially was helpful and answered my questions. I of course then came in on my lunch and the same woman worked with me then. In person she was much less helpful. I asked what flowers she would recommend for the scenario (as I am a guy that spends little time admiring flowers but they were for a girl) and she just shrugs her shoulders and says "I don't know, we have arrangements." So I go take a look at the arrangements to which there are three on display. I said they all looked good and asked the woman what she would like/think was the best choice for the situation. She shrugged her shoulders again and said "I don't know, ive been doing this 40 years." So I went ahead and picked an arrangement I thought looked nice and checked out, paid extra for a delivery and was told it would delivered the next day. Next day comes and I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally at noon I decide to call the flower shop and see if they made the delivery. the same woman who had helped me before answers the phone and says "it hasn't been done yet, it will happen between 12-4 o'clock" and hangs up on me. Unsatisfied, I called again and said that I had paid quite a lot for this service and did not want the girl I had bought them for to be receiving them as she left work for the day. The woman then assured me that they would be delivered in the next hour and hung up on me again. They ended up being delivered but two hours later to which I received a text from the girl I bought them for. This whole service was awful and I recommend you stay away. I usually use Gasperettis who provide an excellent customer service and delivery but decided to try Shirleys this time as it was closer to my work and more convenient. Wont be making that mistake again.
