I called Yakima State Farm today to register for insurance by myself for the first time, since I also just bought my own car by myself for the first time. As a 20 year old girl leaning how to be an adult- to not be made to feel stupid is a rarity. Adrian, the agent I spoke to, did an exceptional job of breaking down each policy for me, explaining everything in detail and making sure I fully understand every aspect of everything I was going to be insured for. He was polite, cordial, and a joy to speak with. He made a daunting experience so much easier- if youre looking to get insurance for the first time hes the guy to talk to! I highly recommend his service and am grateful to have been assisted by him.

Adrian turned out a couple of quotes on landlord policies for me super quickly. Super competitive quotes and tailored to what I needed. I've used both local brokers and big names like Costco connect in the past, and I have to say that Amber's office seems to stand out on both service and pricing. Thanks guys! I think I've found my go-to insurance specialists, and the local West Valley location doesn't hurt either!
