We've been insured with Pemco through the Elliot agency for almost four decades. Staying for that long speaks volumes in today's market place. The folks at Elliot have always been courteous and helpful. We recently did a very extensive coverage review with agent Jeannie Grooters. What great service. She listened carefully, explained competently and worked to assure our coverage was complete and cost effective. Speaking of cost she went above and beyond to secure for us the most cost effective coverage available. Three cheers for Jeannie!

Our agent, Jeannie Grooters, is an incredible advocate for any insurance issues we may have. We just had a "sticky" problem with a rental car but Jeannie took one look at the claim and immediate got a resolution in our benefit.
