        I called, then texted this business (at their request) agreed on a time for an irrigation blowout - which I verified by return text. The next morning I received a text saying they would need to change the time to an earlier time slot, which I agreed to. Then I received another text says they would need to change the day to today, because they would not be able to do it upon the agreed upon day. Needless to say, at that time I cancelled.
