Best hourly rates of any plumbers in town! RJ and Alex installed a couple high-end toilets with smart bidets in no time. These experts were polite, clean, and helpful. Plus, Emily scheduled my job right away and could not have been nicer. I will use Apex from now on for any of my plumbing needs and nobody asked me to write this review!

When my pipes were frozen due to cold temperatures. I called apex they came in less than an hour, fixed the problem with friendly and very informative service they took the time to inform me on how to prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you Apex.

We have had Apex out a couple of times over the last year or so for various issues. First, we had a pipe start leaking under the house. When that was fixed, we found out we needed the pump to our well replaced, as well (pump was over 50 years old and wouldn't prime anymore. We had no water. They ordered the part and said it would be 1-2 weeks before they could come fix it, and that they would sell us the part if we needed it done sooner. One call to the right person fixed that and we had them out the next day). After the pipe and punp were replaced, the tech said we should re pipe the house, as everything was original to the house (over 50 years old) and the section of pipe he replaced was corroded. That was last August. We reached back out to them to do the re piping this September, and RJ was incredible. He went under the house multiple times to make sure that everything was good. He told me that he didn't really see any reason to spend thousands of dollars unless we are having more problems. During this time, we also had a leaky hose bib off of the house he was able to fix in about 15 minutes! Overall, I'm only giving 4 stars because they aren't terribly responsive, though I am sure they are busy! I am happy with the work they have done for us! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I always check reviews first but also understand that pleasing the world can be difficult sometimes and some people are just not happy at all. Therefore, I speak from my own experience. Apex Plumbing are friendly and on time! Ever was professional and communicated concerns right away. He explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and overall he did a great job! My concerns were addressed and my input was taken in consideration when making suggestions! Pricing was adjusted based on minor changes which were in my benefit. I' m very pleased with the services and will hire again!

I had an outstanding experience with Apex and their services. From the first initial phone call to the scheduling, then accommodating on changing to an earlier time.
