MARIE HANDLED THE INSURANCE WORK AND FINANCING AND LEO RAN HIS CREW IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY RETURNED ALL CALLS AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS IMMEDIATELY. D-1 owners and their crew are top notch, very professional and responsive. They communicated every step or issue that came up and represented us with permit processes. Didnt show up to appointment and doesnt return calls. To me thats a sign of unreliability and lack of commitment and inconsiderate to a customer. The least they can do is call and cancel or say they cannot do the work so I can reach out to someone else.
