      image I’ve had to reset my password and username at least a dozen times just because the app is so glitchy. My account gets locked when I try to use it online and I have to wait until the next business day to call. I can’t pay my own phone bill because the entire website is blocked. I try adding the account to new services and BAM, account locked. Waiting on that direct deposit?? Too bad! It’s coming in the mail now because FCB froze my account and didn’t let me know! AMAZING CHOICE
