Yall can't never get it right, customer support rude and internet speeds, ping, and packet loss terrible. Wish we could get suddenlink... And speeds just plain too low for 2022 even when ar advertised... Just down the road suddenlink is starting to offer 400/40 while you charge the same price for 50/10 as suddenlink does for 200 mbps.

After a week of not having service a tech came to our house and swapped our outside box. Our internet is back up and running and we were given a credit for the week we did not have service. I greatly appreciate the credit, thus why I revised my review. It was incredibly frustrating to not be told when a tech would be out to fix the issue- I understand people get sick, however working from home my husband I rely on internet to do our jobs. After posting a review a tech pulled into my driveway within an hour and fixed the issue. The tech was very nice and worked quickly, an added bonus was he was very nice to my dogs and took time to pet them, which they were thrilled.

Best and cheapest internet I've ever had. I live very close to the tower though.
